Let's talk strategy, not just rates

Whether you’re buying, refinancing, investing, or just want to understand your options, the first conversation costs nothing and comes with no obligation. Tell me what you’re working toward and I’ll tell you honestly how I can help.

With 23+ years in financial services, I look for the detail in your numbers that other brokers miss, even on a first conversation.

I read and respond to every enquiry personally. Most people hear back within one business day.

Send a message

Tell me a bit about your situation and what you’re looking to achieve. The more context, the more useful my first reply can be.

Why people are reaching out to me

You’ll deal with me from your first conversation through to settlement, with Elisha alongside me, so you’re never passed around or handed to someone new.

“From our very first meeting, Durand’s friendly, approachable nature put me immediately at ease. His constant willingness to help and his genuine care, sets him apart.”

Before you reach out

How quickly will Durand respond to my enquiry?

Enquiries are read and responded to personally, and most people hear back within one business day. If your situation is time-sensitive, for example, an upcoming auction or settlement date, mention it in your message or call directly.

Do I need my financial documents ready before I get in touch?

No. The first conversation is about understanding your goals and situation, not paperwork. Documents like pay slips, bank statements and ID are only needed once you’re ready to move forward with a specific loan.

Is there a cost to enquire or get advice?

No. Mortgage broking services are typically provided at no direct cost to you, as Willow & Reed Private Wealth is paid a commission by the lender once your loan settles. There’s no obligation or cost attached to an initial conversation.

What if I'm not ready to apply for a loan yet?

That’s a common reason to get in touch. Many people underestimate their actual borrowing capacity until we go through the numbers properly, so it’s worth understanding what’s possible even if you’re not ready to act. That way you’re planning with real information, not guesswork.

Can I get in touch outside business hours?

Yes. The contact form and email are available any time, and messages are picked up and responded to as soon as possible on the next business day.

I'm not sure which service I need, can I still get in touch?

Yes, that’s normal and expected. Most conversations start with understanding your goals first, then working out which lending structure (residential, commercial or SMSF) actually fits, rather than you needing to have it figured out in advance.
